Property work becomes stressful when every answer lives somewhere else. UnitStack gives each signal one home: the property.
One property context
Every message, payment, lease, and work item stays connected to the place it affects.
Your portfolio is the navigation
Move from the portfolio view to the exact resident, lease, payment, or request that needs attention—without losing the bigger picture.

Fit the entire portfolio on one map and understand occupancy, rent, and open work without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Vacancies, overdue rent, lease timing, maintenance, and new inquiries rise to the surface before they become tomorrow's problem.
Select a property to reach its units, residents, messages, leases, payments, documents, and history in a few clicks.
Reply, assign, send, sign, record, or follow up—then leave a clean history for the next person who opens the property.
A connected workday
UnitStack does more than show information. It keeps the next action and the record of what happened together.
Today ranks overdue rent, urgent maintenance, new leasing inquiries, expiring leases, and vacancies so the most important work is never buried.

Keep the conversation with the resident, then move the request into maintenance with priority, photos, status, vendor, and responsibility made clear.

Take an inquiry through application, lease, and electronic signature while rent records stay clear, searchable, and connected to the resident.

Keep work moving
UnitStack works in the mobile browser your team and tenants already use. Review priorities, respond to issues, and move leases forward without waiting to get back to a laptop.
AI with guardrails
Ask about overdue rent, expiring leases, urgent maintenance, applications, or today's priorities. The assistant answers from connected workspace records and remains read-only by design.
What needs my attention today?
Three items stand out:
Control without the black box
UnitStack is designed to help you move faster without hiding who can see, change, or export the work.
Invite up to 10 people as admins or viewers.
Property data stays inside the authorized workspace.
Answers use connected records without silently changing them.
Export a counted archive with built-in verification.
Billing payment details are handled by Stripe. Sensitive service credentials stay out of the browser.
Proof you can click
Open a working sample with apartments, single-family homes, a mobile-home park, and self-storage. Add records, move work forward, and see how the map keeps it connected.
Straightforward pricing
Choose by portfolio size, not feature access. Plans start at $49/month and include a 30-day full-workspace trial. Unit and AI-credit limits scale with the plan.
Clear answers before you commit
UnitStack is built for independent rental owners and property managers overseeing 1–250 units who want a map-centered workspace instead of disconnected spreadsheets, inboxes, and tools.
You can add properties one at a time or use the guided CSV property and unit import. UnitStack validates the file before committing anything and provides a clear error report if a row needs attention.
Each property appears on the map with its occupancy and lease context. Open a pin to review units, residents, rent records, maintenance, and documents without losing your place in the portfolio.

Yes. A tenant can open the secure lease link in a mobile browser, review and sign the lease, and return the completed signature to the manager's leasing workflow.
Yes. Workspace owners can create a count-verified ZIP export with an Excel workbook, eligible workspace files, a manifest, and checksums so the archive can be verified.
Managers can configure pre-due and late rent reminder rules tied to the underlying payment records. UnitStack checks live delivery availability before marking automation active, and each run is logged for review so managers stay in control of the rules and source records.
Not in this release. Managers can record and track rent, configure reminder rules, and review payment history. Online rent collection stays off until owner payouts are fully configured.
Choose any plan and enter payment details to start a 30-day trial with the complete workspace, subject to that plan's active-unit and monthly AI-credit limits. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial.
No. Approved six-month and lifetime codes work on monthly plans without a credit card and replace the standard 30-day trial. Six-month access requires billing details before paid service can continue afterward; lifetime access has no recurring subscription payment.
